Question 1: Can I return my items?

Yes, you may through the available options:

  • HABIT.AT Office Drop Off 

  • Ninja Van Drop Off 

Question 2: How do I return my items?

  • To return your items, click on 'My Returns'

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide us with an explanation. Next, select your preferred return method: 

  1. HABIT.AT Office Drop Off: Pack your items and attach the HABIT.AT return sticker on the package and drop it off at our store. Our lovely staff will assist you 

  2. Ninja Drop Off Instructions: Create your return online and follow the instructions provided. Attach the HABIT.AT return sticker on the front of your package and drop it off at any Ninja Points Drop Off locations.

Question 3: Is my order eligible for return?

In order to return your items, they must meet the following criteria: 

  • Items were not from the Sales section

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn and unwashed 

  • Item must be returned within 14 days from when item is received 

  • HABIT.AT will only process the compensation when the returns meet all the above conditions

Question 2: What are your shipping rates? 

  1. Domestic Package: $4.80 (Tracked Mail - 1 to 2 business days) 
  2. International Package: $23 (Speedpost Economy - 3-4 working weeks)
